It is a special steel bar and pipe deep processing enterprise and equipped with 4 heating electric furnaces, 2 induction quenching furnaces, 1 continuous tempering furnace, an integrated cold drawing, turning/peeling/polishing, straightening production line, which can be used for quenching and tempering heat treatment, cold processing and other processing. The annual production capacity is about 10000 tons.
In addition, our factory is equipped with inspection and lab equipment such as hardness tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, impact specimen notch projector, universal testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine, etc., to ensure the quality of each batch of incoming raw materials and outgoing goods is qualified.
